1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping options.
- Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Typical delivery times are as follows:
  - Domestic Orders: 2 to 3 business days
  - International Orders:  5 to 10 business days

3. Shipping Carriers:
- We use DHL to ship our orders. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through DHL’s website.

5. Shipping Address:

- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct to avoid delays and additional costs. If you realize that the shipping address is incorrect, you must notify us immediately to request a change.

- If your package has already been shipped, you must inform us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order is in transit, we may not be able to reroute it, and you will need to contact the carrier directly to resolve any issues.

- Please be aware that if an order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any duties and taxes associated with the unclaimed package. Incorrect addresses may result in delays and potential loss of money for the return shipping and customs fees.

6. Shipping Restrictions:
- We adhere to our courier’s shipping restrictions. If you wish to order from a restricted area, please check the DHL shipping restrictions for a list of countries or regions where shipping is not available. You can view these restrictions on DHL’s website or contact us for assistance if you have any questions.

7. Duties and Taxes:

Australia - No custom duties/taxes or charges on orders under $1000 AUD.

US - No custom duties/taxes or charges on orders under $800 USD.

UK- Following Brexit, orders must total £135 GBP or more. Please be aware that additional import fees may apply when collecting your parcel.

Sweden (and the broader EU)- Orders valued under €150 EUR are exempt from customs duties. However, VAT is applicable on all imports, regardless of value.
Exceptions: Certain categories of goods may face different rules or additional taxes

- Important: For international order, we do not collect or cover any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be imposed by your country’s government. All applicable duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or as required by local regulations. Please check with your local customs office for information on possible additional charges.

We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts. Samadhi Collection is not liable for any extra charges incurred.

Please note that Samadhi Collection will not issue refunds for parcels returned due to refusal to pay customs charges.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging and documentation as it may be required for a claim.
