Experimenting with new recipes and being vegan has been an occupation the past couple of months for me. I found that you can make amazing things with sweet potatoes. Both yummy bliss balls cakes. Even the frosting is so easy to make, just blend sweet potatoes with honey or your sweetener of choice, I like to add lemon zest and rose to the frosting as well and sprinkle some lavender on top.
The purple sweet potato is good for making chocolate cake and you can swirl in melted chocolate in the frosting for more yummyness.
Both cakes pair very well with kombucha, here made with green lotus flowers, mint & passionfruit.
